PhyllisROUGHLEY(nee MASON) Walter, Angela, Kathleen, Angela and Mark would like to sincerely thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their support, kindness and expressions of sympathy at the recent sudden loss of a much loved wife, mum and grandma. Special thanks to Dr. J. C. Modha and his staff at Sandy Lane Health Centre, the staff of Ward 15b Southport & District General Hospital, especially Dr. Rod Jenkins and Mr. McEvoy for their care and consideration during Phyllis's stay in hospital. Grateful thanks also to Father Peter Hannah for making the Requiem Mass so special and to all who attended. Your kindnesses will always be remembered.
